Conditions cartes cadeaux
La carte cadeau est valable 1 an à partir de la date d’achat et uniquement sur outremesure.fr. En tout état de cause, le client n’aura pas l’autorisation de faire valoir sa carte cadeau directement en boutique.
La confirmation de la commande est ensuite envoyée par mail.
La carte cadeau se matérialise par un support papier qui est adressé par voie postale.
Le code personnel est communiqué comme suit :
- dans la validation de commande qui s’affiche automatiquement dès validation du paiement,
- directement sur la carte cadeau du bénéficiaire,
- sur le compte personnel outremesure de l’acheteur dans « Mon historique de commande ».
En cas de besoin, le Client peut contacter par mail le service client [email protected].
La livraison de la carte cadeau est systématiquement offerte.
La carte cadeau est expédiée dans une enveloppe classique.
En cas de perte de la carte cadeau, le Client devra contacter le service client par mail à [email protected] dans le but de récupérer son code personnel. En revanche, la carte cadeau ne sera pas rééditée ni renvoyée.
Pour le bénéficiaire de la carte cadeau, le code personnel devra être renseigné au moment de la validation du panier.
Le bénéficiaire pourra également utiliser sa carte cadeau plusieurs fois jusqu’à épuisement du montant.
La carte cadeau est proposée en version française et anglaise sur outremesure.fr. Si l’acheteur souhaite recevoir la carte cadeau en anglais, nous l’invitons à le préciser dans le champ « Notes pour les équipes outremesure (facultatif) » disponible sur la page Commande, affichée après validation du panier.
Gift card
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and only on outresure.fr. In any case, the Customer will not be allowed to show his gift card directly in the shop.

in the order confirmation which is automatically displayed as soon as the payment is confirmed,
directly on the recipient’s gift card,
on the buyer’s personal excess account in « My Order History ».

The delivery of the gift card is systematically offered.
The gift wrap option is also available when you buy the gift card. This option allows you to receive the gift card inside a nice black box. Otherwise, by default, the gift card is shipped in a standard envelope.
In case of loss of the gift card, the Customer must contact the customer service by email at [email protected] in order to recover his personal code. However, the gift card will not be reissued or returned.
For the beneficiary of the gift card, the personal code must be entered at the time of the validation of the basket.
The beneficiary may also use his gift card several times until the amount is exhausted.
The gift card is available in French and English on outremesure.fr. If the buyer wishes to receive the gift card in English, we invite him to specify it in the field « Notes for teams excessive (optional) » available on the page Order, displayed after validation of the basket.
